I use a lot of different kinds of pencils. Must pencils people use are 2b but if you want a darker mark use a softer lead. I like a 4b pencil myself. In the video, I am using a mechanical pencil with a 4b lead. Thanks!

How to draw a growling wolf? (Side and frontal views) Also, could you possibly try and do a video on how to correctly do frames of running wolves and a wolf howling? (For animations)

Eh just a simple comment; wolves' ears are actually more like gentle triangles. Try not to make it too tall and pyramid-ish, or it may come off as a wolfdog. Again, I'm just saying. Your drawings are still absolutely awesome.

I know the feeling about being afraid to color a picture, Here are some helps and hints. First if you drew the picture in pencil, then choose something that won't smudge the lead or ink it in first. Look at refference photos for color ideas and try a practice on another paper... but always remember all good art is about taking risks. Even if it get ruined, you learn something from it and the next time will be better. :)

Keep trying at it but it will "suck" less the more you work at it.... believe me... I "suck" at things when I first try them... I just don't video and post them until I get better. :)

Thanks for watching. The pencil I used was a mechanical pencil with a soft lead. It give a nice dark line and you don't need to sharpen it either! :) Also because the lead is dark it is also soft which means it will smudge a lot. You should try them! :) enjoy!

Ok so, some tips are to bring the ears down a bit more, I draw and study wolves all the time... even though I am 10.... but for the way the fur is uneven by the jaw or cheeks, maybe make it look like the wolf is at a angle, you still did greatly for this wolf you’ve drawn

I remember watching this when I first started drawing three years ago and using this exact technique for so many of my drawings if I ever managed to draw some form of a dog or wolf-like creature. I still remember it today. This is such a blast from the past man, it's unreal! XDD

I cannot draw the fur on the sides of the wolves head. I am frustrated and have been sitting here for twenty minutes trying to figure it out. Can anybody help me? I don't want to give up, but I'm so. . .devastated. It just discourages me, because I can't even draw wolf fur. . .
