Miura Takao You are very welcome. As to seeing what I can draw, that might not be the best idea. I may be inspired, but my desire far outshines my ability. I also would like to play the piano like a virtuoso, whenever I hear Beethoven, but I will never be able to do that either. I can but dream :-)) :-)) :-))
Shane T That's also happened to me actually. For wannabe artist, they are always suffering that kind of feeling because of own sense of beauty. I think it's because you have an eye/ear for a good sense of beautiful. I hope you can create what you really want to make! :)
Shane T To be totally honest with you, what you see here is (at it's simplest) guiding a pen with no real 'aim' to create anything, but rather to simply let the pen goes where it goes. To pencil in a line is not a prerequisite and, often, those who doodle freehand have NO idea where the pen goes next. When you say ' .. I may be inspired, but my desire far outshines my ability', that does not apply concerning doodling, which is what this was called before someone added the word 'Zen' to it which might seem to indicate there are a set of skills required. There are no skills, as such, in this and as such there are no abilities required either. Nothing prevents you from creating something either like this or completely different from this. In a nutshell; what you see here is what YOU can do, along with anyone else who can hold and guide a pen/pencil/sharpie or whatever drawing tool you have at hand. Don't sell yourself short, if you can afford a couple of fine black ink pens to start with, then you are ready to start. Creation starts with inspiration; you are already on the way :)
Such a cute variety of lines ans curves, very lovely and clean ))) I do a little bit of my own, but never with the draft... i should try it. Thank you for sharing your work with the world. ))
Vitruvian Art Sorry for my late reply. Please check mu blog here noahs-art-gallery.com/en/2015/01/zentangle-pen/ I'm using NOUVEL PIGMA GRAPHIC(0.05mm)
Wow you are amazing I wish I could draw even half as good as you. I love this style drawing but I just can't seem to let my mind relax and go with the flow to be creative. And you seem to have such a steady hand. How long an actual time did it take you to draw this? I know it was speeded up for video purposes.
I'm the same way I cant seem to get my mind to relax and zen enough to get it to absoutely flow creatively like this. I would love to learn though. I would also love to know what type of pens they use to get flawless non smearing coverage like this!!! I would love to learn though.
Ive just begun Zen Tangle and while I am enjoying it tremendously, I think my talent is not on a scale with yours. That is ok, though. We all have different gifts. ;-)
>Teresa Theriault Sorry that I wrote a reply to you here because I couldn't find "reply button". Anyway. I normally don't make draft but when I make RU-vid video, yes I do. I'd drew draft image then I drew like tracing. But mostly I just check the place where to put huge flowers and make other lines. :) Thanks for asking :)
Oh, thank you so so much for answering me and thanks for the tips, I'm starting to do zentangle now, I made one just with the paradox and just loved the result and I'm searching for some new techniques :) Oh, and your job is awesome :D
