here's what u do just imagine a circular object and the try to make a circular motion with your hand while holding your drawing tool i have faith u can do it though it might take a while just try to have fun with it don't think about it
THIS!!! This is what I call actual content. Its probably the best tutorial I've ever seen with a really high quality artstyle. I can't be thankful enough for getting these informations for free. Looking forward to watching more videos from this channel cause damn this might actually be my favorite artist so far. Even just hearing this guy talking and giggling makes them more interesting to learn.
I picked up a few books to teach myself drawing over the pandemic and always felt like foreshortening got glossed over, explained but never thoroughly demonstrated. I love how you showed it applying to increasingly complex inanimate objects all the way up to anatomy and can't wait to try out this method myself!
I have never taken a lesson for drawing since I started at four years old and drew my first power ranger but you “Sir” have sharpened my skills and brough me back into sketching my visions of o bring to life in blender after I draw them ……subscribed
art is so difficult but even so i am really passionate about it. even though i work hard my work wont improve at all. can you critique my art video please. i need some insight
I’m so grateful for this man’s tutorials bc I probably would’ve been stuck for a while since I had pretty obvious first time drawings, and now on the same day I’m drawing so much better(if you read this comment thinking “oh if I watch this tutorial I’m gonna be an art master” you need to remember that you still need to put in hard work to become an art master or whatever)
its always been my daily struggle in improving my art skills. ive been watching alot of videos yet i am not able to absord all of it. can you please critique my art video.. i need an expert opinion
@@pogz1 me too... I'm not an expert and I just started uploading videos on youtube, but what I can say is just continue your works... I know it is very common advice, but it is true, Everything takes time and effort... Aaaand I'm not good at giving critiques :( We both have problems with anatomy, Tho at least I can see that you're improving so just keep it up...
Ain't no fricking way it actually work... I finally managed to draw a hand pointing a finger towards the camera after watching this vid. It took me almost an hour only to failed everytime i tried, and it literally only took me 5 frickin' minute after i used the circle trick. Im simply flabbergasted right now.
Thanks for the effort that you’re putting into these videos! You’re really helping me get better at drawing! You and your videos are very much appreciated!
I hate when people say things like ''I only can draw a stickman but this man is the drawing god'' no people, NO! You work hard to be talented not only just born with this talent. Of course you can start of with a stickman!
You got it, i was still struggling perspective (especially human perspective) Simple and knowledgeable, this popped up on my recommendation, when i saw this tutorial and how humorous you are, it got me motivated and grabbed my sketchbook and sketched with you, also took some notes haha! Thabk you so much for this, i hope in the future i can learn more about from you :D ill try to comment my improvement!!
Not going to lie, when you said “But I know exactly what you guys are thinking right now. ‘Damn, that’s a nice channel, I need to subscribe so I can watch more of those videos in the future,’” that was literally what I was thinking.
This video helped out a lot, drawing hands are much easy, to draw stuff it’s all about breaking things down into simple shapes, like circles or squares
!!! WOw I have been drawing for years, but watching this feels like I just unlocked an entire new skill tree of art skills welp back to square one! thank you so much for the tutorial, this is fantastic
I'll be honest that this was a really good explanation for foreshortening, and you explained it so well + how you made jokes into it are justttt made it easier to understand! You got another subscriber here :3 Thank you so much for sharing!
Auto subscribed immediately. aside with the funny humors being entertaining, it also helped me more focused and awake through out the video. Really really helpful!
Thank you for this tutorial! It was really helpful. I am trying to draw my own comics and I am strugling while drawing epic action poses with perspectives. Using basic shapes and proportions will be helpful!
I hear ppl saying "Start with the closest stuff" or "Start with the furthest ones" and it not what you are supposed to do. Start with them both simultaneously and approach them and use simple lines to help yourself understand the angle. It really helps a lot.
thanks for these cool tutorials, im watching this on a quiet sunday night at 7pm, feels like I'm back in the cool teachers classroom, thanks for creating memorable videos like these
Subscribing and saving the video to watch tomorrow at my art class, cause it's already 2 am i am tired as hell, im already in love with your art style and im looking forward to learn alot from you!
“I know what your thinking right now. Damn that’s a nice channel, I need to subscribe so I can watch more of those videos in the future.” That’s exactly what I was thinking actually
The moment my RU-vid recommended his video, I knew instantly that I have to subscribe LOL. Also, that bg music sounds very familiar. As far as I know, it's from Pokemon. Love it 💕
