This is great! My mother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and I'm trying to learn how to draw on eyebrows from scratch since she will be losing hers soon. Wonderful tutorial and beautiful lady!

Amazing and it looks so natural! Although I never lost my eyebrow hairs completely, I had radiotherapy to the side of my head which meant half of one of my eyebrows fell out and was missing for a good few weeks. Also I lost about 40% of the hair on my head due to the radiation, for about 6 months. I struggled but of course it isn't as serious as having to deal with this forever! So brave and you are beautiful. Modern society places far too much emphasis on hair in beauty. Inspiring and expertly done! :)

Love the tips! I've had alopecia since I was five. As an adult, I've had my eyebrows tattooed twice, maybe three times, but they've always worn off. I'm done with that and will stick with applying make-up. It's SO refreshing to see some make-up tips for people with alopecia, especially for those of us who have nothing to work with. Thanks Carly.

wow! you make me want to wear makeup and to not be afraid if it's not perfect. I hardly wear makeup and have never dyed any hair. I have brown hair and white eyebrows and have been terrified to try makeup or dyes on my brows from a once upon a time brow pencil disaster. I was in a bad accident when I was 16. It disfigured my right eye and my qyforehead. They had to use skin grafts to recreate my eyelid because it was gone. My eyebrow now is way high up, very wirery and parts are missing because of scar tissue, it just never grew back. Being recently divorced after a 12 yrs marriage and 14 yrs, of being back togethers I find myself being very self conscious and I shaved the squirrel hair way above where and eyebrow should be and looking into creating my own, and putting it where it should be. I'm deff gonna try these techniques and I hope I can master them 🙂

I was just diagnosed with brain cancer so I've been doing all sorts of research - from alternative treatments, cancer fighting foods and yes; even makeup :) I loved makeup before all of this so I'll still enjoy it through the journey I'm starting :) I was told I'll lose my eyelashes and eyebrows though due to the area they're targeting my radiation. This video is sooo helpful! I really like a natural look which I think she pulled off. Thanks again! Q: does anyone know what the lacquer is? is it meant specifically for brows? where do you buy it?
