My advice is: Check your existing closet and study what you actually wear and love.. what you feel good in. Once you know, shop with that in mind, imagine what you will actually wear, not what you would like to be able to pull off but never do. Invest in proper jeans, trousers and good shoes. About shoes: if you find the perfect pair of shoes, BUY IT! It’s so hard to come across the perfect shoe so just do it.

Good morning Allegra, so glad you popped into my recommended videos and I subscribed immediately. I love your style, I am 57 years young, the only tip I would give you is, don't hide your beautiful long neck with a turtleneck sweater that makes you look like you don't have a neck! Maybe leave turtlenecks for when you're older and need to hide a wrinkly neck. You look much more chic and cool with a crew neck, layers, etc. I love your style, thank you and best wishes from London. PS I would have liked more examples of what you suggested, more show as well as tell, it's always great to see examples of outfits, etc.
