TOTALLY FORGOT TO MENTION!! There are bonus points for near misses, chaining drifts together, and twin drifting (aka tandem). USE THEM FOR POINTS! My bad 😅

Funny I first thought the new drift tyres would mess up 4 wheel drive drifting, but it's made drifting the '09 Subaru STI even smoother. Even more than better it feels like the Evo9 drifting from Heat.

With the stance aspect, i have found that having a little bit clearance on lower tier A A+ S helps you slide better and more controlled.

If I ever want to get rid of my burst nos safely in order to use my blue nos sometimes I’ll down shift till I’m redlining and then use the burst nos and depending on the car and gear sometimes it has almost no acceleration it’s nice

I wish it wouldn't give you the burst Nas because that messes me up if I could just get regular Nas and kick it in the corner when I'm almost out of juice that would help a lot but by time I'm in the corner I've done built up burst knots and I hit it and my car gets squirrely as hell and I lose my points I was building, It does help when you're about to hit a wall

The hirer your chain the faster you build points as well so if you have a 6 chain when you go into the drift you will noticed your points build faster

6:11 how do you get that meter at the bottom to guide you through the drift? Is this limited to nfs online? I’ve always seen those and wanted them…

yeah this is online only. this is the new drift pro events. meter only shows in those events

You know you can chain drifts to gain a higher combo in one drift run . I got 32k from just one drift without the points going away . Apparently if you brake and turn your car perfectly at the same time the score won’t disappear. You can just keep racking it up

yeahh i forgot to mention it in the video so i pinned a comment about bonus points like that. i did hear about cars not banking score, i tried that braking to keep score but it doesnt work on every car, but i got one thats really easy to keep score

more than likely they had twin drift, but i know 700k solo is possible. someone did that in the new M3 wagon. its crazy what you can see now with the new drift pro

Since you kinda want to go fast i figured just sending it a bit too fast to make the corner and just handbrake on entry and it pretty much stop you from going « off track » and makes you rotate while keeping your speed. Disclaimer i haven’t tested this method on many cars so maybe it doesn’t work on everything.

my problem is scoring points .... In can stay in the green part most of the event but still finish second to last most of the time ... what am I doing wrong ?

not sure how you are approaching your runs, but a few things i figured out is if youre too slow it wont count nearly as many points, but if you go too fast youll just zip thru the track and miss out on some points. gotta find a happy medium. otherwise it *could* be the car or build, try exploring engine options and forced inductions. hope this helps 🤙

@@DaBust3r hey man thanks for the answer ! I used your z06 build so it cant be the car, but going to slow seems to make sense as I rarely finish the track before the timer runs out ... thanks for the advise !
