Inspection mode made the crane shut off because we bypassed the safety limit.

Some of the larger cranes are called “Derrick”. I’m like WTF!! My uncle is called Derek and he gets called “Derrick” a lot of times lol

That touchscreen looks like one of those old fashioned resistive types that are now considered quite cheap. The mouse cursor looks very familiar, I bet this running some version of windows (the embedded version perhaps?). The menus respond slowly, it looks like the touchscreen uses mouse emulation.

dykodesigns2yt Well when I first went up it,the screen looks like it was run by Windows. The crane does seem pretty old so I’m sure they’ve not updated the software! I am probably assuming the monitor is using Windows 7 from what the UI looks like

When we re-booted it, the boot time was very quick, which didn't feel like windows. As the drawing of the screen is very slow, the processor must be slow, yet the boot time is fast.

Beno That is good. Our personal crane that we drove so many times has been stolen and we need to sue the people who took it away from us
