Bhai can you just clear ? Driving licence India ka hai full English Mein to kya international driving license jaroori hai, agar nahi to kya car buy kar sakte normal India driving license pe ? Apne video mein kaha Lekin for apne bataya international license can get being UK. Please help

hi, I moved to the Uk a few months ago (4). I was in another country before that. I still have my Indian driving license with me which was issued in maharashtra and is in English front and back. A bit scratched because its very old, but still valid and you can read my name and other details. Can i just use this without having to go through the trouble of getting an international license or anything else?
Hi, I have my IDP I have my indian license but i dont have the hardcopy as of now, its submitted in the rto for address change request, i have the receipt for that So now my question is - can i hire a rental car on my international driving permit...? Someone told me if you apply for PERSIORNAL LICENSE Your international driving license will be invalid and you legally can not drive a car in UK at your International driving license Please clear my confusion Thnx

yes you can sell the car anytime but try to get the UK license within one year or you can keep the car but don't drive until you get your Uk license it's totally depend on you.

Hi Brother - I will be relocating to Uk dec 1st week. I have just started driving in India. I want to get used to driving. What do you suggest? I agree with your remarks that I will get used to rules with international driving permit for 1st one year. In case, i apply for IDL in uk having brand new Indian license in hand, from when 1 year would be counted then if i apply after 1-3 months landing in uk .

Hi Punit Yea if your license is in english then you don’t need a International license. And yes you can buy and drive car in Uk for 1 year duration. 1 year is count like when you land in the UK so same date till next year you can drive.
