People should know if you use a regular hair dryer ( for people) the dryer against the skin would burn the dog.

I really love and appreciate your videos, they've helped me so much while learning to do haircuts! Do you ever get breeds that need deshedding that you could show? I was taught to wetbrush and use the dryer for as much as I can, but I'm always curious as to how others do it.

+iLikeAussies Hi, I don't do many shedders. If I do, I will make a video. When I used to a lot of them, I would wash the dog and brush with the shampoo on and use the velocity with the soap on. There are special nozzles that take the undercoat off while rinsing. I can't remember the name but it looked awesome.

Would a hair blow dryer work for a dog?

Yes but it will take longer. You will need to brush and blow dry at the same time.

I don't use heat, just room temperature. My dryer does not have a heat function.
