Crash bars saved the bike and gear saved my body. Must look into additional protection from daydreaming. MERCH ► Ruroc helmets: bit.ly/2nxPzcw ► Shirts: bit.ly/1QqyE17 ► Gear: bit.ly/1Sg76wM
“Alright I’ve practiced for this, people are gonna ask if I’m okay.” “Hello sir thank you for stopping I’m okay.” I don’t know how I found that hilarious
@@diegocandelaria7871 ummm, he already hit the kill switch first thing... and it was in gear without the clutch it wouldn’t turn on, but I think he just didn’t want someone who’s not used to the weight to try and lift the front of the bike Bc they can drop it halfway.
@@ramizalizada4565 yeah cuz worrying about the Good Samaritan dropping your bike in the grass after you just dumped it on the pavement going 50 into the turn makes so much sense
man I don’t understand how he is that cool with him just falling off the bike at like 60 miles Edit: Speaking of 60 miles. I got 60 likes. Good job boys. I will buy you a ferarri or something.
@@peterdynamo584 I think it did for us all, others would be in shock or panicking for their bike/self but Walter makes the scene look as action like as possible, added the little combat roll in the end
Right! Ease on the front break, downshift, lean inside and counter steer, ease off break and throttle out. Simple cornering technique would have saved him from this even at the speed he was going.
He doesn't know how to turn on it, and is overly confident when crashing. The sign of a jackass. He literally told the guy that stopped to "calm down" lol.
@@alexmendez5875 you don’t understand. He was acting all chill and joke like, and just trying to make it happier. He wasn’t hurt at all much and his bike is ok. He knew that, that’s why he joked around. He told the guy to “calm down” because he was going to touch it to turn it off when it already was. And the full sentence was “calm down it’s not going to go anywhere” understand? Edit he can control his bike, it’s like a normal bike, turn to much your going to fall. He has control just please, you’re acting the d bag here
@@mort7987 bullshit - i've crashed at my motorcycle driving licence lessons (in Poland you've to ride 20 hours to attempt an exam) at 70 kmph and i was so calm - the first thing i did was to check if everyone is ok, then i checked myself and lastly - the motocycle, that turned itself off after crash).
@@Leecop-et8mb I was on a non electric scooter and going max speed down a hill. So prob 10 mph. Landed on the side of the metal bar you put your foot on. Broke my femur clean through.
Police man patrolling: I think I’ll check the target and neighborhood, so take this exit to the left... Biker: sKRRRT “HAHA JUST LIKE THE MOVIES!” Passenger: “Officer, we should check if he’s alright.” Officer: “Nah he’s fine. That’s Walter, he broke his collar bone and still cracked a joke. A little daydream can’t hurt the guy.”
Dude that fall-slide at the start was beautiful. Rugburns like hell, but better than flipping around like a fish out of water, and breaking everything that is classified as a bone.
I love this guy, the man said “ awooooo, just like the movies” when he rolled and said “ ok I’ve practiced this people are going to ask me if I’m ok”. And his plate literally says “plate”
That's not that uncommon. A car once crashed into me while I was riding my motorcycle on a highway and I broke my arm. The guy in the car behind me who saw the whole thing unfold stopped to see if I needed help and was extremely shook up. I kept telling him it was okay and that I just needed to get to the hospital.
im kinda the same but for some reason i seem to be annoyingly calm because i make people angry withg how calm im. i just start to repeat "shit happens, could be worse" in my head and that keeps me calm and helps me think more about making the place safe, like turning of the bike, is it in grass i try to take it away to lower the risk of a fire starting and so on.
It’s so funny that while he’s sliding he’s laughing to himself and after he was done sliding he didn’t even care that he just crashed he just said “just like da moviez”
Forget chicken strips, all new *dude strips* (patent pending) . Just knock an un-gearded dude's bike and eat his skin that he left on the road. Finders keepers.
@@lelandcox8096 I dont ride bikes but I'd expect that since he's wearing thick clothes and no exposed skin it would just be a little rough and maybe a few scuffs and bruises
@@mohamedmohamedali177 Nah I never said that but what I am gonna say is 99% of people who use this app only have 5 brain cells and you are part of that 99%
@Colin Rist Yeah okay, I see that, now that I've replayed the video. But the crash actually happened at approximately 65 km/h so I wasn't that far off 😂
Why would his speedo be in KPH ? He was passing cars heading into the turn on the highway, his speedo said 90+, i'm assuming MPH as it's american, the temp is in fahrenheit. Way to damn fast anyways.
For anyone that hasn't crashed, it's suprisingly peaceful, as you dont really have time to process it. I did so last year, broke several wrist bones and had to get a plate in - but was calm during and after. almost no pain until the day after. It's a very wierd experience.
This is the line that made me think it was a stunt until I saw the rest then I laughed at myself like wow how did he not get hurt more and his bike not more damaged. Frame sliders be damned.
I'm just noticing you have a duke, said to myself that exhaust sounds familiar. Glad to see you turned out good. The bike too. Hopefully your still safely taking turns.
I flipped an atv when I was 10 and it was a big Honda and I just got up with a bloody arm and, it landed on the side so lucky I pushed it over easily lmao I thought it was fun
"Oh shit" *does a roll" "Woooh" "I practiced for this" LMAO. This has to be the most calm and normal "crash" i ever saw. Most videos would be the guy just screaming or being angry that he crashed/dumped the bike.
@@TheMonkeypigs what do you mean rude to him? he just pointed out that pulling it like he was gonna do wouldnt help much, and saved him the trouble (and actually, if he tried, thats risking a strain on the back due to the way you'd pull it up from that position, and also considering this guy looked like he wasnt on the young side either). he didnt even say it in a rude manner so not entirely sure what events you're talking about...
Thanks for your detailed analysis based on nothing but assumptions. He was quit dismissive and patronising. Please don’t feel any need to reply. Cheers 👍
