Thank you! You can leave them in longer to get a darker dye but after a certain time it wont get any darker & isn’t by much. I still have my blue & pink ones & they have not faded at all(: & tape should work! Just find the strongest one you can & i would suggest to actually cover your shoe first with the tape on the area you don’t want dyed before you acetone that way if some dye leaks in under the tape it still wont dye since you didn’t acetone that area/spot if that makes sense

Good question, i haven’t tried that but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I would put them inside a mesh bag just incase & im sure it would work the same as using a heat gun like i did

Doubt it, some spots that i didn’t acetone stayed white. Maybe less dye? Or leaving them in for less time should help with a faded look

You can just get it at Walmart or most grocery stores
