When you bleached the hair the first time and it came out honey, did you just rinse and apply both the shampoo and conditioner or just the shampoo before bleaching it the second time? And do you think that both the shimmer lights shampoo and conditioner helped you achieve the color you got ? Or the shampoo did most of the work? Im trying to decide if I really need both ! This was so helpful (:

You don't need both! Conditioner is the most necessary! Condition after you bleach always. The shimmer lights does nothing at all.. Until the hair is bright enough
