HOW to DYE Natural Hair WITHOUT BLEACH || Simple, Quick & Easy

Hey guys! So I'm going to be showing you in this tutorial how to dye 4c/4b natural hair without bleach. To me this is the quickest and easiest way while avoiding damage. Make sure that if you are doing this for the first time you take your time to avoid black patches. I've been dying my hair for a while now so I know how to do this.

☞ CLAIROL 6G HONEY BLONDE (4 BOXES, one for each section)
☞ CLAIROL 7G LIGHTEST BLONDE (1 BOX FOR HIGHLIGHTS ALL OVER)
☞ GLOVES
☞ DEEP CONDITIONER (prefferably one that tingles or has mint, my scalp was so so itchy after the dye because of the dryness so make sure you pay attention to that DON'T ITCH IT, it can cause your scalp to bruise)
☞ Foil Paper

I think when she talks about bleach she talking about bleach that people usually buy separate from color to lighten their hair. Most box colors have "boosters" which is a like mild version of bleach/ammonia.

I love that this video was short, quick and to-the-point. The hair color is beautiful. But even with box hair colors there is a sort of bleach/ booster packet. That is the only way to lighten dark hair.

As mentioned in the comments, all box dyes do in fact have some type of bleach or ammonia in the product . in fact the concentration is usually higher than going to a professional because it has to be set at a equal point where it can to be used on all hair types and all hair colors for diverse customers

YOUR HAIR IS GORGEOUS 😍 HOWEVER, THERE IS BLEACH IN THOSE BOX DYES. THAT’S HOW YOUR COLOR LIFTED FROM BLACK TO BLONDE. FYI-VIDEO WAS KINDA MISLEADING.....🤷🏾‍♀️

It’s not bleach in the box dye it’s hydrogen peroxide it has the same function as it lifts the color in your hair just like bleach and it can be damaging but it’s not bleach

You can’t lighten black hair without some sort of bleach or peroxide in the product hun. It’s literally impossible. It turned out very beautiful however some viewers might be a bit mislead if they try this at home thinking there is no lightener in the product :-)

Yes, I just tried today and didn't work. My hair is currently black I tried with intense red. Two boxes...it didn't change the colour at all...

Ann Muthee You can do it very, very slowly with hydrogen peroxide, lemon/sunshine or sun-in. They will all break down the black in your hair shaft and make your hair brown over time.

mimz masinga Yes, it is. I didn’t have any damage after my hair color. I colored again after that but I used the cream of nature hair color and still got Thesame result. The key is moisturizing your hair after coloring 👌🏾

sorry sis but it is absolutely impossible to lighten hair without a bleaching agent all the products . both these products contain hydrogen peroxide which is the most commonly used bleach agent along with ammonia

**WARNING**This product does have a lightning agent in it. If you have some type of texture/relaxer product in your hair, your hair will melt down the sink. Make sure there is none of this product in your hair before using levels 7 to 10.

Fear just won't allow me to even let a single drop of dye touch my hair lmao Last time I did, I had to chop it all off, not even kidding, like I had to start from scratch. Since that time, I vowed I'd never dye my hair again But oh my God Ronke the color fits you too much! I also love that color! I bought the Revlon colorsilk deep red and Inecto caramel blonde but the color I'm going for is ginger. Idk if the two colors will work or if I should add another color. I'm scared that I'll just end up with a brighter red😐 And I hate red hair, I don't want red hair😭
