Thanks so much for the lesson. God bless you. Just a question: how do you make profit when plantain is out of season and very expensive? This has been my discouraging factor.
Thanks so much for the detailed information. My question is for a pack of dozen if each one is been sold for #50, how much will I sell to the retailer?
Please ma how do I get the plastic container if I want to package with a container and also the secret you mentioned about using garlic and pepper, is it also applicable to potato chips
Thank you for this video ma'am. I have some questions please 1.Does this also work for ripe plantain? How do I deal with the stickiness of ripe plantain 2. Do you slice directly into the oil? Because I have an issue putting each slice into the oil after slicing. It takes too much time for me. 3. How do I get a good plantain slicer?
use semi ripe plantain, with that i mean plantain that is just beginning to get ripe, if you use already ripe plantain it may not crunch. No, some will fry faster than others to make it uniform cut down and put them in the oil at the same time check jumai
when you turn it into the oil do not stir immediately if it sticks as you are doing the stirring it will separate on its own. Mehn, I have to show you guys how I do mine. I will announce it
Thanks for sharing. Please where can I get cheap plantain. The one I did last, I didn't make any profit maybe because the plantain I bought is very expensive . infact the few people I supplied are asking for more. But I am discouraged because of the stress but no profit
Thanks for ur explanation I saw ur video just in time as a student I want to start this business But ma pls how do you add salt to ur plantain is it after slicing you sprinkle it to it or how🙏
NAFDAC don't disturb fast foods for those who are just starting there is room for small scale producers to grow, once you have grown in the business you need to secure NAFDAC certification. But some supermarkets don't accept products without NAFDAC. so supply to shops that accept
