Hello, I am staying in Turkey and selling from America to Canada. I don't have any company in America. How can I get a resale certificate for dropshipping without my company?

Wyoming doesn't participate in the MTC program? My print on demand supplier (Printfull) say that to me, so the only form i have in place is the SST.

No, it doesn't accept out-of-state resale certificates.

The Amazon 1099 form shows that sales tax was collected. How do we report this when filing taxes?

Do you mean income taxes? We do not work with income taxes, so you'll have to ask your tax accountant. I have Canadian corporation. I want to work on Amazon USA. Can I use SST form as a reseller certificate ?

Yes, for the states listed on it. Between the SST and MTC forms, you can get reseller certificates for 35 out of the 45 states that require sales tax.
