Gorgeous braid, I'll try this tomorrow. I can feel my eyes watering already from how tight I'll try to make it though 😭 Hairband braid videos are brill, I'm still on Zoom calls only for work so a fancy 'front' hairstyle video would be good as no one can see the back of my hair at the moment!
I’ve had plastic surgery on one of my hands and have had a lot of problems trying to style my hair but your videos have helped me so so much. Thank you for giving me the confidence to try out new styles 😘
Aww, your son is a little cutie. Yes, please - I’d love to see more videos on braids. I’ll check back in your history but would definitely love to see that!
Thank you for your fabulous tutorial, you explain it to us SO well. Very happy you popped up on my feed. Your little man is adorable too. Hugs from South Africa 🇿🇦
Do you have any hair styles for being outside in the summer? It is so hot and humid where I am that I just want my hair off my neck but I want it to look cute!
I have several braided updo videos or just basic braid videos. Personally, I love using a French pin! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-sDyrCVGQe_o.html
I love those french and dutch braided headbands but I am not able to do the dutch and french braid that easily and I loved this tutorial it's such a beautiful version and easy too You explained really well thanks
I like it, I Would LOVE to see more headband type of things. braids or twists, but easy things to do please. ive tried to do French brajds and I JUST CANT! Is there anything we can do across the bang for a side braid but doing it with just a regular braid? that I know how to do
I love that braid, it looks so easy to do, but I always seem to mess it up. I would love to see more of that kind of style. Thanks so much for all your different styles you do with your hair, wish I was as good at it as you are.
I loved how you repeated your movements . All the other braiding videos go so fast , I didn’t know if the braid went under or over . I think your a great teacher and yes more headband videos . I’m a bit older but I like the long hair And just want my hair out of my face . 😅
I thought this would be a for sure win for me! But my postpartum hair loss on my right side let me down. But it’s a super easy hairstyle and the instructions were very clear. Definitely coming back to this when my hair has grown out more!
Your channel is so helpful! You make beautiful hairstyles so accessible. I've decided to start actually styling my hair regularly, and I love all the inspiration your channel gives. Thank you!!!!!!!
Such a great tutorial! I am going to do this right now! Also want to say that I saw your original post and thank you for your bravery in sharing your story-it’s so important for people to know it’s ok to talk about it.
I absolutely loved this video. I am doing this to my hair tomorrow. The details were perfect. Thank You for making something that looked so hard so simple. Wondering if you know how to do a waterfall braid?
Beautiful hairstyle, I'll definitely try it. Thank you for the tutorial. Smaller hairs at the front are harder to grip for me, but it gets easier as you add hair. ❤️💜🌻🙂
I'm sorry. This drives me nuts. You say, Let's part our hair.... It isn't OUR hair. You are parting YOUR hair and I am parting MY hair. I have this hangover from the book and movie, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, where the protagonist rails against the nurse saying, "Let's turn over and wipe our bottom..." Stuff like that. So, I've never, since reading that play 50+ years ago, been able to tolerate this "our" business. You are not parting OUR hair, you are not wiping OUR bottom, you are not feeding US. Why can't you use the proper pronouns? (And how insane that is today!~!!??? Appropriate pronouns for a cis-person? I, mine, you, yours!).
I love all of your videos and ideas. But Lainey, "chin chopper"? My Daddy did that to my sis and I growing up, then to our kids, and now the grands. I'm curious to know if you guys say the same thing as he did. Pointing to the facial features he'd say.... Eye winker, Tom Tinker (eyes) Nose Dropper Mouth eater Chin chopper, Chin chopper, Chin Chopper
Whoa, I had just discovered that older video yesterday night!! So excited to try this one~ Oh yeah, and some more headband videos would be so helpful! (:
For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to start. Whe you say "cross the front section over the back section," how am I supposed to twist the hair?? It looks like you are splitting it top/bottom not left/right. I'm so confused!
Could you invent for us, a headband braid but incorporate/crochet into it extra clumps of natural colour artificial hairs to give more volume to the back hairs? I've got medium length fine thin hair and want to do something to add volume ❤❤❤
Perfect. Idea: Cannyou crochet extra same colour hair into that halo braid so that the added hair hangs off at the back for more body? 😊 I have fine thin hair and have been thinking of doing it to mine...
I love this! I just tried it and it is easy! It’ll take a while to look great but this was a super helpful video! I have subscribed and can’t wait to watch more of your videos. Thank you so much!
I am determined to learn more braiding and so far, I am duscivering new ways to tangle and untangle my hair. But this looks so pretty. Great instructions! I am being patient with my learning curve.
I swear the people who have boys know how to do hair and the people like myself with all girls want the ability sooooo bad and then when we figure out how to do something my girls are like NOOOO , I don’t want tooo
@@LaineyMarieBeauty well, that's what happened to me, I got bored. We all need a change sometimes. You have so many ideas for hair you could make it work. My reason for growing my hair back is, I'm a first nation's people dancer an Powwows are starting back up now that this covid is down. So I have to be able to braid my hair without any lil "feathers" sticking out. 🤭 I have 3 layers, top, mid and then the length of my hair which is just above my belt line. I just got it trimmed. Maybe get long layers. I got the 80's hair cut. Wish I could show you a picture. But I think get long layers. You can still braid an style it.
I adore your videos! Growing up I didn't have much of a mother figure so it was up to me to kind of learn how to "adult" and do things for myself. Unfortunately, hair wasn't one of the things I was blessed with doing 😂 but your videos make it so easy! I love how you go in depth explaining step by step. Thank you so much! Definitely can't wait to try out more styles! =}
Awww Thank you so much ☺️ I lived with my dad full time, so I can relate!! He used to use legit thick rubber bands to put my hair in a ponytail Lol it was torture!
@@LaineyMarieBeauty oh no😳split ends bless your dad though for doing your hair🙏thank you for your wonderful videos and sharing your gorgeous babiesxx👶👶❤️
I can relate too even though I was close with my mom growing up, she didn't know how to do hair or makeup or any of those things. Her mom had never taught her, plus my mom had short hair. And there obviously wasn't RU-vid to learn back then! I'm in my 30s now learning how to braid and do hairstyles. I learned how to do makeup years ago via RU-vid tutorials but hair is something I find really difficult. I FINALLY was able to do a fishtail braid after finding this channel (
Hello this popped up on my you tube page. I have long hair so I thought I'd watch this & I'm going to try what u do to my hair 2. I just subscribed to your channel & shared this on my FB. TFS. Oh I'd love to see you at the salon. Any hair styles for long hair id love to see
Girl!!! Youve got THE PERFECT HAIR! I have perfect hair envy, seriously! Lemme also say, i learned to french braid my own hair a few years back from your amazingly thorough video tutorials! 😂 I say that with excitement mostly because im ao uncoordinated. 🙄😔😂 i adore this look but think I should stick to the simpler version. Thanks so much!
