At first I thought of aloe Vera as just a skin care product but recently I’ve starting consuming drinks with chunks of it in it and it’s really been helping my health.
Hey smartass, people actually wanna know if its edible first, the title lets you know you can eat it. The video shows you how to prepare it, if it was just how to cut aloe vera, people would think its for healing or something.
@@theconman8472 Hey smartass 2.0, if it is so the title should be "how to cut and prepare eatable Aloe vera" instead of "How to eat Aloe vera" 😂. "How to eat A. vera" would rather mean how to make e.g. an A. vera drink or something like that.
Since A.Vera’s *very* bitter, this is what I do to make it atleast a little sweet (but still healthy): 1.) Wash the A.Vera first then just let it sit in just water for 10 mins. 2.) After 10mins. rinse it and then prepare a decent amount of water into a bowl and let sugar dissolve into it. 3.) Once dissolved, put the A.Vera in there and let it sit for about 10mins. as well *Enjoyyyyyyyy!!*
Thanks for a great video. I love aloe vera gel too. When I make it I actually don’t soak the leaf, and it’s not bitter at all. Just have to make sure to rinse it well. 🙂
No, lemme explain. That yellow stuff in your aloe Vera is dirt. You don't wanna eat that right? It's so long it absorbs protein from the dirt. That's why you soak it so long. Your welcome and have a nice aloe day!
I'm from Saint Lucia, we Caribbean people are dirty when it comes to handling plants. What this woman did was informative. The yellow thing the plant oozes has laxative, that's the thing that upsets yuh belly then makes you poop
The reason why you soak it in water for 10 mins is because if you just dip in water for a few secs, skin and it would be yellow. The water takes it time to absorb the dirt yellow
I know a guy whit polycythemia vera, which can turn into blood cancer. As the disease passes, horrible joint pain comes after physical work. He just told me that after eating aloe vera for 4 days, his pain has gone from a 10 to about 1-2.
And you have aloe to treat the cut when you slice your hand open cutting the skin off in your hand with a cleaver lol. Try laying it flat on a board and filet it like a fish. Much safer.
You take it with your hand then slowly you put it in your mouth then you chew it with delicatess afterward you swallow it. In the morning it will exit like toothpast out of tube.
But we do eat avocados, olive oils etc..... trust me, it’s healthy. Can be used for hair too... everything, if you don’t wanna eat it, make it a juice and add alil bit lemon juice and honey... best and healthy juice.
