This type of exotic fruit originates from Peru and Ecuador and has recently been cultivated in other regions with a tropical climate. Cherimoya grows in subtropical and tropical regions and an adult plant can withstand up to -3 °C. The fruit of this type of fruit has no smell from the outside, so in order to know when the fruit is ready to eat, we need to pay attention to the appearance, i.e. the color of the fruit. Cherimoya belongs to the Annonaceae family, which also includes another exotic type of fruit known in our country as the Indian banana (Asimina triloba), which is the only one from the Annon family that can grow in areas with a cold climate and can be grown in our climate without any problems. gives birth (I have it, so I'm telling you everything from experience 🙂). The seeds of the cherry fruit are toxic and must not be swallowed because they can cause paralysis, another thing related to the toxicity of the seeds is that if we were to crush the seeds and touch the eyes with that liquid, we could go blind, so be careful of the seeds when you eat the fruit of this type of fruit. The anona fruit is very tasty to me, its taste resembles a mixture of pineapple and banana, although that taste will remind you of some other taste that you know well.
