Protein: 199g(+30g protein powder- not often)
Carbs: 310g(+45g from cocktail)
Fat: 52g(+10g from cocktail)

super cool video and awesome meals! but still i cant help myself...i dont know why you throw the egg yolk to the sink?? such a waste... you spared like 50kcal and then got the avocado which has like 300kcal :D :D :D it makes no sense to me, sorry

I dont recommend count kcal. Count nutrition. Avocado much better for you body and health😊 and i keep only 2 yolk. 100kcal from salade and 100kcal from cake make your body different

@@andrystrong1 i definitelly agree with nutricion fact, but yolks are pretty healthy (not like a cake for example 😃). I wouldnt throw them away, they may come handy for some baking or stuff like that.

@@andrystrong1 Without counting the activity level, I would say that if we follow the ecuation to calculate the amount of kcal you'd need a day to maintain your bodyweight, an amount of 1900-2000kcal (depending on your age, which I do not know) would be enough. I have never seen anyone like you that eats such amount of kcal and still stays incredibly aesthetic. For example Chis Heria posted in a video that his diet is about 2000kcal a day. So the difference of almost 900kcal surprises me a lot! And please do not take me wrong, I am just amazed!! By the way, congratulations for the new weighted handstand push-up world record!!! @@alejandroegezor3018 Each person metabolizes food differently. Also we don’t know his caloric expenditure. For example, hiking a mountain burns quite a bit of calories. Also, Chris Heiria doesn’t have the same build. Comparing usually isn’t a good idea. Because with all the variables considered from person to person the results vary significantly. Someone who has trouble keeping weight on will need to eat more than someone who doesn’t even if they have the same weight and height.

Cant believe you waste the yolks, so much food waste. Think about that, you are not the centre of the world, eating the yolks wouldnt kill you. Someone else is not buying those eggs so you can buy them and waste the yolks... eat the yolks or eat less eggs but eat the yolks or give it to someone else... there are so many better options, just dont throw it away
