Microsoft edge works wonderfully for PDF editing. Totally free. Open Office also can fully edit PDF files using it's Draw program.

I'd probably use Sedja only because I don't have to manipulate PDFs all that often, so no sign up works for me. Question about your sig, though: is that a true likeness of your signature and did you just use the mouse? My signature has so many lumps and bumps that by the time I'm done, it looks like it was written by a 6yo 😞
