This is only for themes that have support for meta fields in their blocks that you can add from the editor.

Nice video...but I am looking for some way to add properties that are end-user choices to products, but aren't product options (so hundreds and hundreds of variants are not generated). For example, the customer can choose 1 of 12 phrases to add on their polo shirt.
