As for the clip of David goggins I just looked up David goggins speech or David goggins motivation, and scrolled down till I found ones that were without music, you can also use podcasts he's been on and find key points on there and cut them out and use the audio only And for the music it's just phonk from a playlist on RU-vid called agressive phonk

Yes, great thing you reminded me, thanks for that, so for tiktoks and instagram reels you'll want to film in vertical, which would be (1080x1920) and for youtube videos it would be lanscape (1920x1080). Just make sure both are at 1080p resolution. Anyways glad you enjoyed it 🙌

Yeah, you could just use the exposure, or highlights and shadows, let me know what editing software you're using and I'll tell you what to do.

I can't give you a specific number you'll hae to play around with it until it looks like what you want. usually anywehre between 150-400 with good lighting works.

there probably is, you can use capcut, someone else asked a similar question but I couldn't help much since my knowledge in mobile editing is limited. But you can probably use basic tools and get a similar result in capcut, try replicating what I do with a mobile editor and let me know how it works :) Cheers

yeah there probably is if you're using capcut, you just need to add your videos and overlay them with the next and match the music, I'm not really an expert on mobile editing tho🤣

You can try finding a podcast he was on and try and download the clip of him saying something on there or try and find a clip of him saying motivational things on his account those usually don't have any background music
