How To EFFICIENTLY Fund YOUR Boss Mule (Cubing, Starforce, Flaming) In Maplestory Reboot 

Eh I disagree w/ a lot of it. Good points to get started with if you're new, but through my own experience its not efficient from mid and above established accounts. If you're new, then yeah you'll probably stick w/ boss cubes, but once you get at least 1 boss mule established, its absolutely worth it to go harder on funding. And the funding itself does make a huge impact and is by no means "minimal". Taking a boss timer down from 20min solo to 13 min solo is huge over the course of 10 bosses, meaning you can complete more boss mules in less time = more funding + more time on main or doing other things. The #1 most important thing is have a "standard model" for your boss mules. Getting a basic abso/CRA hybrid set at 16* & 9-12% stat unique is ideal for new accounts, while mid+ established accounts should aim for 17* & 12-15%. Spend the mesos needed to hit your model ASAP. The sooner you get more income, the faster your progression. Don't wait a month to fund mules because you could've made another 5b+40boss cubes in the month or two you waited in order to save 3b from your Starforce fears, but if an event is 1-2 weeks away then consider holding off. As for cubing, use ePot scrolls first as they save a lot of time and meso. Do this on lvl 120 and below equipment and xfer them over to higher level gear unless you're just using black cubes to tier up. Once you hit epic, use boss cubes or Black Cubes to tier up to Unique, then use Red cubes to hit the desired %stat. Red cubes are much better because they can often times accidently tier up to legendary which means you can net another 6% stat for little bit extra meso. Don't AIM for legendary, but don't rob yourself of that possibility by just buying craftsman cubes to save a couple hundred mil. As for SFing your Abso, just SF some japanese/fodder gear to 17 or 18*, THEN transfer to abso so you only farm the item ONCE. Its also significantly cheaper to SF than the lvl 160 Abso equips and stress free considering you can just rebuy/farm another piece of fodder gear if it blows up. And lastly, you'll want to hit around lvl 10 on your main V skills at least as needed. I know all this because I have six boss mules and you DONT want to spend 95% of your time bossing because you wont have time to play your main. Fund them so you spend less time on them and more time progressing your main, playing the class you want to play. Try not to spend more than 30 minutes per boss mule, 45 min at the maximum. Don't bother running Lomien solo if that shit takes you an hour. An hour of lomien could've been an hour playing your main and the meso gain would've been the same but with extra nodes/droplets/exp etc.

Sick vid as always! I agree about flaming bossing mules. I typically aim for 40 - 60 flame score (1 all stat being = x8 main stat) as this is usually really free and cost efficient. Honestly, I'd just spend 1b and get 100 flames. Can probably complete 2 - 3 bossing mules (full abso and cra not including weapon) to 40 - 60 flame score easily imo. T5/T6 flame on weapon for respective type might cost a bit more but not by much. Small tip for CRA gear if you're penny pinching: if you're clearing CRA (or getting carried) with 10 star CRA hat/top/bot equips at rare, i'd just keep opening boxes to see if you can roll into a higher flame

I think progressing the mule's gear is dependent on what kind of bosses you want to clear though. This is great advice for CRA clears though

What do you think about the upcoming DMT ignition (probably w/ 30% off of cubes)? Do you think it is worth cubing all the mules to unique with black cubes?

To be fair, efficiency is really important when it comes to meso acquisition, and those 5 seconds saved per small upgrade add up. So when it comes to boss mules, if it takes more than an hour to do your boss runs, you should probably be grinding on your main instead. Its not really until you can finish all bosses up to lomein in 45min or less that your boss mule is a meaningfully better option than just farming, and for most classes that doesn't happen until around 20k+ stat. Efficiency is king. I would argue that all of what you said applies primarily for boss mules up to 3 door CRA, but if it takes you 20min to run lotus, you're technically losing meso if you're only running it for the boss crystal (if you're doing it for abso gear, time is irrelevant). If you can't kill lomein or lower teir boss in less than ten minutes on a mule, then you should probably either upgrade your mule or stop before those bosses on that mule, at least until you can kill faster.
