When you used that brand water stabilizer dip in very hot water where you used the stabilizer and will go completely away. Then on the first towel if to you would go back to the placement step when putting the fabric down with the placement stitch cut then use the second step after cutting the fabric it will turn out better.

I was using the wrong water soluble stabilizer because that was all I had and was out of the other type of water soluble stabilizer. The kind I was using was definitely a pain in the butt to use hehe
Well, I am addicted to doing towels so this right down my alley!! The WSS that’s like paper is more for beneath projects or for free standing lace… yes use the plastic type WSS! Turned out awesome!! 🥰

I have an Embroidery Machine, but I was told that opaque staplizer was for the back, I use the clear plastic type on the front. I was also told that I could use plastic wrap on the front, It will come off more easily,

I use tearaway stabilizer and the clear plastic topper on towels and have done for years :) I sell to a niche market so the kind of designs I use (bats, skulls) might not be for everyone!

The waterstabilyser you used is for the back. The clear one for the front. And I put the “harry potter” Higher so the hole is above the towel fabric. Nice work 👍👍
I have watched this video for the past 2 hours, given it a try, step by step on what you did. I was up late you-tubing last night and tried an added method. I did an applique cut for the hoop and for the appliques I used on two towels. Being that you also like being very meticulous on your work (me too) this may cut down your time in hooping and cutting the appliques. Hope this helps you as you have helped me tonight.
