Thank you. Now if Apple Music would update to allow us to play music from the watch speaker too. Yes, it would drain battery quicker but that should be our choice to make.
Seems like a cool gimmick, worth $2. I can see something like that coming in handy when standing in a long line for an attraction at a theme park, waiting at the DMV, or something similar where you don't have access to one of your retro handhelds or you don't want to emulate on your phone / doom scroll.
Wow! It's really cool that you can play Pokémon on apple watch! Although it's a little tricky to operate on the small screen of the watch. I have developed the XGBA emulator, so let me try to optimize and adapt the watch operations on the XGBA emulator.🤩(Perhaps we could try some motion sensing recognition instead of tapping around on a small screen?)
Emulation itself is not illegal. You can sell an emulator. You cannot sell the ROMs Nintendo can do nothing about emulators because they themselves do not violate copyright.
I'm so bummed. I've wanted games on my watch ever since I was a kid so I jumped at the chance to do this, but my Series 2 Watch is apparently too old to run it 😭
@Littlefish1239 I'm the one who said it so clearly I care. 🙄 at any rate , people are acting amazed at this, I just feel like it's another example of how apple hardware always had this potential but the powers that be keep coming to to mainstream decades late.
Welcome to android smart watches about 10+ years ago...(Thanks for pointing that out immediately) You may be tired of hearing that, and I don't deny that this is a pretty cool experience, but apple innovation is incredibly slow. It's like videogames in North Korea.
