My grandmother is very old and has Parkinson’s, and she has never enjoyed watching TV or videos. Recently, my grandfather passed away and since then she has shown practically no interest in anything. But I was watching your video, and she suddenly asked me to show her too. And then I asked if she wanted to watch another one and she said yes. And then she herself asked me to play another one. She sat through 3 entire videos of yours, when she does not even have the patience or interest to watch a 5 minute video. It was also the first time she showed interest in anything in a long time. I just wanted to let you know that you’re bringing happiness into people’s lives in more ways than you can imagine. Thank you so much for that!
I wouldn’t call it convenient at all. Maybe she cares about it, but must of the things are packaged with so much plastic and every little thing is packaged individually soo
I love how koreans eat. Everything is all about vegetables and spices. Update: Guys, i'm not comparing any dishes here. I'm just appreciating their food choices, that's all 😅

I have never seen or tried most of the dishes you are making, yet I am obsessed with your videos. I wonder how people around the world eat so differently. Camel and goat meat are the most common thing people eat where I live! Greetings from the Horn of Africa.
Just keep it consistent, healthy and proportional. If you wanna speed up your metabolism, I recommend drinking green tea and doing HIIT workouts. They’re basically short, intense workouts that don’t take up much time but will speed up your metabolism afterwards.
High metabolism and the way her body is built. I disagree with the people who say she eats low calorie. If u look at her other videos, the food she eats can add up to quite a lot of calories (some with high fat and sugar content too). I’m not hating her diet as it clearly works for her, but making people believe they can look like her whilst also eating like her is misleading. Her god-given metabolism plays a huge role and it should be acknowledged. I personally know I will NEVER look like that and I don’t even dare to touch a lot of the food she eats frequently.
