This time, Take-san will introduce Oomori-En, his favorite unique YAKITORI* shop that offers delicious yakitori, nostalgic feelings, and beautiful smiles.
今回はタケさんのお気に入りの焼鳥店を紹介します。美味しい焼き鳥と懐かしい雰囲気、そして素敵な笑顔を提供する個性的な焼き鳥店「大森園」です。
*YAKITORI: Skewered chicken barbecued.
The former video part is Yakitori, and the latter part is KIJI Bento.
前半は焼き鳥、後半はKIJI弁当です。
What is a town's charm? One might be the unique shops and restaurants rooted in the area. Another might be the people who live there. It could also be the overall atmosphere of the streets and shops; for example, it might evoke nostalgia for some people.
さて街の魅力とは何でしょうか？ 一つは、地域に根ざした個性的なショップやレストランです。 もう一つは、そこに住んでいる人々かもしれません。 あるいは、街路やお店全体の雰囲気、たとえば一部の人々にとっては懐かしい雰囲気かもしれません。
The location is a five-minute walk from Tsukishima Subway Station, and you can go out while strolling along Tsukishima Monjayaki Street.
大森園は、地下鉄月島駅から徒歩５分ほどです。月島もんじゃ焼き通りを散策しながら出かけてみてはどうでしょうか。

The menu is simple: yakitori with chicken and leeks called Negi-ma, chicken thighs, something made from a minced chicken called Tsukune, liver, skin, and cartilage, and a lunch box named KIJI Bento.
メニューはシンプルで、鶏肉とネギが入った焼き鳥「ネギま」、鶏もも肉、鶏のひき肉を使った「つくね」、レバー、皮、軟骨を使ったもの、そして「きじ弁当」というお弁当です。
You can enjoy tasty, juicy, and delicious yakitori with their smiles. This restaurant offers a unique downtown experience of eating standing up.

Decades ago, people in Japan used to shop in shopping streets with unique shops. Nowadays, many people shop online or in large shopping malls, and it has become challenging to find unique and attractive stores in local towns.

Oomori-En, the Yakitori shop, is one of the rare shop recently we could not barely find. I hope you will drop their shop by when you are in Tsukishima.
