I've practiced this for year now and it works wonders, it is also the key to prophesy, dreams vision etc. Another big key is reading the bible slowly repeatedly and attentively and the last big secret is given to the needy with no strings attached. Sine I started I started hearing Gods voice seeing visions in Broadday light, seeing heavenly beings in dreams and visions also every day and getting instructions from the holyspirit. But it takes alot of decipline to Concentrate and is only by God's help that you can focus... I intend to be as perfect as tb Joshua at this or even more by God's grace.

Jesus, hear my prayers these past three years have been difficult on me I am weak. Give me guidance. Please come back soon I don’t know how much longer I can hold on. As a single parent things are hard on me both of my sons are autistic and my hours to work are limited because I’m now homeschooling them. I’m constantly struggling to provide the basic necessities for them I’m so ashamed. I suffered an heart attack and I’m battling lupus I’m overwhelmed. Lord heal me. Father God hear my prayers. I constantly struggle to pay my bills and struggle to provide groceries. BUT I KEEP FAITH. Even though I want to give up. Jesus please take the fear from my heart. Father God it is you that gives me the strength to keep going. I praise you Father even as I fear homelessness please continue to give me strength.

Joel 3:10 - Let the weak say I am strong. Notice that strength is first something we confess with our mouths. We SAY to ourselves, “I am strong.” Note, too, that the Bible doesn't say we were strong or that we will be strong. So start changing the way you speak using God’s word. Declare that you are strong, that by His stripes you are healed, that the Lord is your Shepherd so you shall not want (lack anything). Do it day and night. Find scriptures on healing, prosperity, abundance, deliverance, etc and Meditate on His word non stop… until His word because a reality in your life. Every time a negative thought pops up in your mind, replace it with a scripture. It might not be easy at first, but do it over and over and over and over again for days, weeks and months and your situation will eventually change. The more you speak God’s word over your life and pray without ceasing, the more you will start seeing changes. Our tongues are more powerful than we think. I hope this helps 🙏 Stay blessed.
