Hello Kwestyon! I just got the Job offer from TP and it is all because of your amazing tips. At first, I wasn't able to make it for the banking account but after the second try, I was able to get the job offer for the telco account. I am really struggling with mock calls and interview questions given that I am not proficient enough in English and no experience at all. My account validation happened today and I was able to pass it! such great news isn't it? I am really looking forward to my next journey and I will make sure to apply all your tips and lessons. Chat is definitely not easier than phone. I guess it depends on many things, but at my last call center I would rather attend voice calls over having FOUR karens texting me at the same time.
@@Ragnarok_7917 English is my third language and other than the small minority of karens asking to "speak to someone in america" I can easily communicate with customers over the phone. maybe better for someone with a B1 english.

Hi Candace! Or Ms. Kwestyon! I would like to ask why other centers are preventing their agents to have a closing spiel to kindly stay for just a quick survey that I rendered for you today. If it's alright to ask, why is it considered as pishing? I'm not sure if they called it that way. But I'm just really curious because that might help as well to get more CSAT if they stay for the survey because other customer is not staying and just immediately closing the chat after the service. I wouldn't call it phishing but my guess is companies consider it a little unprofessional. Like you're influencing the customers to rate you out of self-interest instead of them doing it out of their own volition. It might also not reflect their actual feelings about the service when they know you're aware of the survey. Just a guess. The company i used to work for also doesn't allow it.
