thanks. it is not possible to extract hex code from locked mcu at home. you need to send the mcu to china.

sim800l work on serial communication, but the Nokia 1200 you need modbus protocol, since it will not work on Arduino serial. So, you can use Nokia phone. but you need to implement modbus protocol in the code

you can use extract hex code only for arduino based boards. It will not work for other micro controllers
