For people who get (Error:pip's dependence ...), Solution: from the execution panel =>> +Code =>> pip install requests==2.31.0 and execute it, then go to "Runtime" and select "Restart and run all"
@@Cybernetic3k from the execution panel click +Code, then write/copy and paste pip install requests==2.31.0 in the bar under the error warning, then click send and click restart and run all (sorry for my shitty inglish)

Ok, I'm shocked that this worked lol (more or less). The resulting video didn't quite look like the face I was swapping, but there are moments when it definitely did look like the photo I uploaded. And the resulting quality of the video was FAR better than my original video, which was wild. No glitches, no artifacts that don't match up...kudos, sir.
@@nareshv3392 that is not possible, you may need to use snapchat filters where it allows you create your own or customize the effects you're looking for face and stuff. but this tutorial isn't for that.

its not working, it has stopped or got stuck while running the deepfake button, after successfully completing above 3 buttons, it has stuck at "set det-size:"
Very helpful video! But I would like to ask a question: is it possible to choose one or more subjects for the video montage? Or is it necessary to have only one person per video/photo?
Finally got this to work after having the “python3: can't open file '/content/run.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory” error.... one solution posted was: "Edit your image and mp4 location “/content” on that code. Then on the top toolbar you will see runtime then click “restart and run all” then it should be able to run it perfectly without no error, after it is done running, refresh your page you will be able to get your “swapped.mp4” Deepfake file" So in English, what this polesmoker said was: follow the instructions in the video like normal but instead of running the "Deepfake" code after you paste in the video and pic as detailed in the video (the step where we were all getting the error), just go to "Runtime" at the top (between Insert and Tools) and click "restart and run all". Yeah, you'll have to wait for the installs to complete again, but once it gets to run "DeepFake" code, it should execute with no errors. once it runs once, you can simply run the Deepfake code and not get the error

This is the simplest and best explanation of this software I have seen. Thank you. I will surely try it. You should not have chosen Shahrukh Khan because you look a bit like him anyway. 😊 What happens after you have shut down and restarted your computer? Do you have to start the ptocess from the VERY begining?
