If you want to factory reset your Amazon Firestick this video is for you. There are 2 different methods to do this which are shown in the video. This will work for any Amazon device including Fire TV Stick, Fire TV Cube & Amazon TV's.
So if your Amazon Firestick is running slow, frozen, stuck on starting or you're selling your Firestick, this is how to fix or prepare for that.

Great video, I don't really want to factory reset my fire stick. However I even have Amazon stumped when I can go from 2.14 GB and down to 0 bytes in a matter of minutes. This all started when I first cleared out some data for Amazon apps I didn't use such as Amazon kids and music. Now when it goes to zero I have to unplug it for about a day and it comes back for about a week or two but that's it.

I've had to do a full reset because paramount plus stopped working for some reason that app doesn't like the 3rd gen fire cube in the US. Thanks for more options to reset with. Would you know of a launcher that would change fire devices and give us a line of continue watching TV shows and movies on the fire devices like the Google tv devices have?

I have had to do this today has some apps were not loading anymore .is something changing .all loaded now once i did the reset .thoe some apps still won't load .we will wait and see if another of my firesticks does the same thing.

Hi great vids, I’ve uninstalled apps b4 with no problem but on one of my sticks I’m trying to uninstall an app and it will not uninstall unless I factory reset which I did once trying to delete this one app and re-install and I don’t want to factory reset again how can I uninstall without factory reset, why is that…Thanks

Hi! So I used the hard reset method to reset Firestick Lite because of another glitch I couldn't resolve (screen was zoomed in and wouldn't relcalibrate). It switched off, restarted, connected with remote, and is now stuck on the screen with FireTv logo and making a weird sound. It stayed like that for quite a while. I'm able to hard reset it with the remote but it just gets stuck on the FireTv logo screen everytime. Is there any solution or is it bust?

Eyup Adam. Can you answer me this please ?! When I turn on my free Proton vpn, I'm getting loads more download speed. Eg. 3 tests each VPN off ( 497mbps AVG & 110mbps upload )// VPN on ( 832mbps & 216mbps upload ) I'm not complaining, more very confused. With surfshark I was getting 350 down & 35 up. Any thoughts pal ??!! 3rd gen fire cube.

Eyup mate. I think there are a few different things that could do this. 1 would be isp throttling speeds & the vpn is bypassing it. Another could be what source you’re using for speeds. And also server locations. But yeah you’d usually see a slight drop than it double in speed 🍻

Good day! An idea for a video: I have Fire Cubes that worked, but the light on top was constantly searching. Apparantly, the issue was something Amazon did. I fixed it by going into my Express VPN settings and changed to split-tunneling, and only added the apps that needed the VPN. Problem solved!

@FreeTech Yes, that constant yellow light gets very annoying. My Cube worked, but the Alexa function didn't. Apparently, this is affecting a lot of people with Fire Cubes.

Loads of people on amazon community forum, myself included, are stuck on the logo loop(mine is 4k), and we can't do anything with it, I have tried everything I could find to correct it, and no help from Amazon, It has been over 4 weeks for me.

There are usually a few different reasons for this. 1 can be the power source. Such as powering from the TVs usb port can have insufficient to startup or update. 2 can be the power cable or plug. 3 can be if you aren’t connected to the same Wi-Fi as it was last connected to. So it’s unable to update on startup. 4 is you can try the factory reset with the buttons shown in the video. You will lose all data and wipe the device, but this could make it usable again. Or have you tried all the above? 🍻

Does the factory reset with the buttons not work? I once had an issue on startup. It was set to 4K and I moved to a 1080p tv and was just blank. Took me ages to work it out 😂🍻

@@FreeTech nothing responds using the remote, even on amazon devices page my firestick is saying device is off, still get logo, If we ever get an answer to this problem I probably will not get another one, customer services did offer me 10% off buying another one🤣
