What do I do if after doing this the child profile does not then load on? I am stuck on a screen that states “one second” . It has been loading for 12 hours now!
Hi you can try to force restart the tablet by holding on the power button for 15 seconds. If after restart it’s still frozen you can try to reset to factory settings using the same steps as the video above. Thank you
