you don't know how much you helped me. I am trying to return my old phone to get back some money for it and the Samsung account password wouldn't reset. I had to try and do this about 10 times but finally I saw it was the up volume button after to push up and it worked. Thank you so much! You have helped my stressful situation.

First time I did it worked, am I doing something wrong? It keeps circling back into the start up menu, rather than giving me the function to reset. Im holding the buttons down the first screen flashes then just reboots instead
