I always jinx myself and end up actually getting sick, once I said I was “ not feeling well” to go home and then I ended up throwing up 7 pounds of water and food and had to go to the ER and I had a high white blood cell count and I was dizzy and when the nurse drew my blood it went everywhere 💀💀💀

I did this all the time when I was being bullied at school, My mom knew I was fakeing but she played along 😂😭

When you have been doing these things already. My parents are also really understanding when it comes to me just needing a break sometimes. Only thing is I realized how harder it is to get caught up when you are gone, so now even when I'm sick I go to school so I don't miss practice and struggle to get caught up. Unless I'm running a fever, then I stay home.

I usually fake stomach aches or headaches as they don't last more than a day for me so i don't have to act like im still sick the next day 🤷‍♀️

Food sick is always my go to. Set an early alarm and call in sick at 3 am, saying you've been in pain all night and haven't slept.

How to make fake throw up: Crackers and Water: 1. Chew crackers don't use chocolate chip or oreos those are to dark 2. Spit the crackers into a plastic bag 3. Add water if needed unless you spit them into the toilet or maybe spit the crackers in a bag/bowl then pour lemonade and apple juice with it then dump in the toilet.

Here’s my used to routine to fake sick before I realized I need to go to school or I’ll flunk because I wont know anything 😭: 1. : show signs of being tired/ having a sore throat or a headache 2 days before your sick day 2. : fake cough gently 3. : don’t eat a lot at meal times and play with your food 4. : on the day your « sick » wake up early and turn on a light and put it against your head If you have someone that would be up to take you temperature 5. : if someone wakes you up or if someone gets you if you are still in bed by a certain time, have trouble « waking up » let it take a little for you to wake up
