Here is what i do before i go to sleep: 1. I will set my phone in Airplane mode 2. I open spotify where i have a list with sleep music and put the volume button at the lowest one. 3. I start the app musictimer en choose 60 minutes (you can also choose less) 4. I put my phone under my pillow. The music wil automaticly stop after 60 minutes and your phone wil automaticly go on stand-by. Alarms Will stil go off next day en i fall in sleep with music under my pillow. Sorry if i spell Anything incorrect.. i‘m dutch 😅
Millie I agree another reason is sleeping with your phone in your bed can cause cancer although Ka Ga I absolutely love you routine I do a A very similar thing!!! 😆😆😆

For the orange light/glasses, there is a thing called night shift mode on your device. Just simply go to settings Go to displays and brightnesses Go to “Night Shift” And then u can adjust the time it starts and stops
a weird way i go to sleep is watching a morning routine because it makes me want to be more productive I recommend natalies morning routine videos but it really help u to try and sleep
I have a “hack”. Close your eyes and think about something you like or love. Oh also be or get comfortable! Here’s the steps. Step 1: get comfortable Step 2: get ready to think about something you like or love! Step 3: close your eyes and think about that thing. Step 4: soon you should doze off! *twist and turn if you want or need to* (Even though you already did this. (Think about one color) The thing I do sorta helps me. :D

@@travisroshell6348 shes telling us that there are colors that are good for sleep and you can paint your walls these colors but because my dads company owns my house, we have to pay for any paintings or damage done on the walls, ceiling, or floor.
We rent a house and as much as my dad would love to let us redecorate our room we can't because the owner of the house is so strict we can't even plants plants in the ground!
