you don't actually need the tisane! you can do this macro with base crafted set, HQ flour, and no food or tea: Macro 1: /ac "Muscle Memory" /ac Manipulation /ac "Waste Not II" /ac Veneration /ac Groundwork /ac Groundwork /ac Groundwork /ac Innovation /ac "Preparatory Touch" /ac "Preparatory Touch" /ac "Preparatory Touch" /ac "Preparatory Touch" /ac "Great Strides" /ac "Byregot's Blessing" /ac Veneration Macro 2: /ac "Careful Synthesis" /ac "Basic Synthesis" only downside is that if you get a Poor on your Byregot's Blessing, you don't quite hit the threshold for max quality
You can guarantee not getting a Poor on your Byregot's Blessing by putting a safety /ac "Tricks of the Trade" before Great Strides. It's a loss in time efficiency but at least you won't lose materials.

It’s possible to turn it into a 1 button macro by melding 61 craftsmanship. Ty so much for this video. I have been using this method to farm orange scripts. It makes it less tedious and is so easy. Always dread pentamelding crafting gear since takes to much time to get scripts and it's so easy to lose materia when melding. This makes it far less painful! Please continue making these awesome videos!

For spiritbonding to get full pentamelds I buy the cheapest grade 1 or 2 combat materias on the mb. So I can spiritbond before I have my real melds in.

Really appreciate these videos, thank you muchly for the work you put in. I just started getting Orange Scrips from Custom Deliveries and I was wondering if I should buy the Scrip gear? Or just wait until my crafters are high enough to build and meld the crafted gear?
Absolutely not weird. I'm a advocate of manual crafting myself. I just make macros for ppl who want em. Feel free to manually craft to your hearts content.
@@ZaneLionhartffxiv I guess it'd just be a matter of figuring out a rotation that'd work for it then, cause I tried using teamcraft's simulation with the Melded 90 Scrip Gear stats and the Macro you provided but it stops at 5663/6600 progress and 11,257/12,000 quality with 5/80 durability left and 29/571 crafting points with the HQ Tisane. If it could get at least another 143 quality and finish the progress it'd be in the clear.
So if I want to add command and guile materia to my gear as I go along, in theory it should not affect the crafting rotation? As long as the quality is 100% before the craft is done, you will get a high quality product when you finish the craft? So as long as you don't add craftsmanship materia to your gear, this synthesis rotation should keep working? And yes, I just follow macros I don't really understand how crafting works, thanks as always for the great advice.
There will be 3 tiers of raids over the course of the next 1.5 years and all 3 tiers will need gear. If you can't get in now, you'll be able to get in then.
