A good video showing the necessary rim/tire measurement considerations and available options. Mind Blown 😮, Mind Stretch. Thankfully 👍👍 for the video upload, it can be replayed for the relevant details step by step as needed. Long Live Ghetto Wrench🔧, Ted- Excellent Adventures! I Really Enjoy!

Biggest problem we will have with these other types of rims is finding matching fronts. I guess we can run miss matched rims that still look cool.

Is the 5th gen offset 3+4 too?
@GhettoWrench
@GhettoWrench 2 месяца назад
I think it has a whole different offset going on. Not sure. I have not measured that ones hub yet.

Do you happen to know the bolt pattern for a gen 5?
@GhettoWrench
@GhettoWrench 2 месяца назад
Same as all Gens. 4x110 and 10x1.25 threads. All the wheels interchange, the offset is just wrong

Is a Gen 1 as easy as swapping the square tire for a Shinko 130?
@GhettoWrench
@GhettoWrench 5 месяцев назад
Yes. Just a tire change.

@@GhettoWrench If I remember correctly isn't a generation 1 an 8 inch rear wheel from the factory? I don't mean to take your time asking for an answer, I just remembered thinking it came with an 8 in the rear. I have a ruckus and thinking about buying a maddog generation 1. If it already has an 8 that would mean the left side shock would fit another 8 after making it a mono shock. No reflector recess in the battery box that I don't like, so get an EFI kit and the digital gauge cluster with front and rear cameras for rear view and hopefully swap my rolling wrench wheels and Yoshi pipe over to the maddog as long as the rear wheel offset is right.

@ZCRAIZED1 yes the Gen 1 is 8" outside to outside. That is why I like the Gen 1. Can single shock it and it already looks cool

@@GhettoWrench you get a million for that, but the whole idea is to be able to make what you want to your own specs tools wheels whatever.

For me a wheel would probably be the hardest thing to ever get right on a lathe. Without a CNC I would have issues with the center hole and probably never get the lugs done properly.

@@ZCRAIZED1 agree. I would never get the lug nut holes anywhere near right. Need a big ass latch also.
