One of the basics i really struggle with this...even after all the years ive been fishing. Hopefully now having bought these cattys and following jamies tips i can make improvements. Cheers folks 🎣🤞
That's something I don't think I've ever even thought about, I do remember using the pult with the pole, but it has been 20 years since I last hit the bank! Hopefully gonna get back out soon, so I'll keep it in mind.
Hi. Jamie I met you at DAVES on Saturday, you advised me to get one of these😂😂😂 it’s helped I’m now only baiting an are the size of half a tennis court, I’ve got an idea for a new video TEACH THE IDIOT ( me )👍🎣
Who enjoys this kind of fishing? I Don’t doubt that this fella is very skilled in his area of fishing but seriously who actually wants to sit by a muddy hole trying to move as little as possible using a bloody pole!! Never thought I’d say this as I used to love coarse fishing (still do occasionally if it’s interesting) but since starting fly fishing it just can’t compare. Catching fish this way just seems so uninspiring to me, with a fly rod (or even trotting maggots on some rivers) you will end up in some of the UK’s most beautiful scenery, likely catching the most beautiful fish in a way that requires you to be more active and engaged in body + mind. Don’t mean to rant but anybody watching this, I beg you to get a fly rod and catch some trout/salmon in one of our beautiful rivers, it will change your life!! None of this sit still for 6 hours shite! 🤣
I will add that this guy is a great presenter though. Not sure why this came into my recommended but I enjoyed listening to him, even if the fishing seems incredibly dull!
