@@Sebnagafamily7 It's better to be hygienic than result in disgusting. Washing is not a waste rather it will clean all sand and dirt particles. Then make sure you dry and have no water in it. ✌️

We zeliang use to extract all the juice once the fermentation is over and cook the juice till it become black paste. It goes well in all kinds of chutney, Naga dal chutney and simple kingchilli ginger and the paste.
@@mughaliachumi5928 those fermented leaves are more precious than that of its juice.....we csn make different types of chutney with it ....or we can cook in our curry too.....dried fermented leaves n smoke pork ,garlic, onion , dried bamboo shoot.....cook it for 1 hour....place in cool place till it completely cools down....after that u can keep it in a glass container ....u can have that chutney for 2 to 3 months....
Brother i dried the leaves in the sun for a day and later it turned like fried papar 😢😢😢.......no chance to smash it and get its juice ....i mean it turned so crunchy
