I had no idea Victor was designed to be a counter character. I really appreciate the general gameplan breakdown. So much more helpful than just learning how to punish x move.
Audio should be improved over past guides, but listening back there were still some errors made in recording that I will try to correct moving forward.
One thing that should have been mentioned when countering his stance mix-ups is Power Crush interruption. ALMOST all stance mix-ups are interruptible by PC. That's huuuge! And you didn't mention side-step and side-walk options for stance mix-ups. When making counter guides, PC interruption, and side-step options are crucial parts. Power Crush is THE ANSWER for many stance mix-ups in this game. It could be countered as well of course, but it covers a lot.
Most of this video is useless… Because most of the people playing Victor mash 2,2,2,2 By the time you fight someone one that’s put any real effort in to playing as your going to have for gotten he has other moves besides 2,2,2,2 But for real good video I’ve been playing Tekken since… the ps original … Tekken I’ve mained kazuya and Bruce (when he’s there) and I absolutely love Victor I have to thank all the noobs smashing 2 because when you start using other moves no one knows what to do 😂
Just because it is useless to you does not mean it is not of use to others. These videos help new players understand the most common strings and also teaches them how labbing works.
