This is so good, you`re showing the techniques in sparring and showcasing the info about against who the techniques have worked before, simple and efficient, just like MMA has to be. Thanks a lot ! watching some videos about his style, it seems like he uses a lot of traditional martial arts defensive techniques...very active guard that borderlines on trapping skills at some points...
