I know a lot about overcoming negative thinking. From our Confucian perspective, negative thinking is really harmful. Because, if you can understand the origin of the world and the universe, you will know that the laws of the world and the universe are positive, positive thinking, altruistic, positive energy. Everyone should pay high attention to shielding negative thinking patterns, as soon as they find themselves negative, immediately throw away the idea and turn to positive thinking. first i start ignoring, but finely i realzy i hv to leave that place, actualy the plce not thing wrong,just some people and we know, we cant cntrol people attitude right.
