I learned Double Stops many years ago and they transformed my life, like learning your first Finger-Picking Pattern. Strumming, Fingerpicking, Lead Playing, Solo Performing, they have their place in every aspect of any performance and liven up the dullest song. Listen to this man. He has wisdom you need.

Took me a while to see the difference between the patterns in the two examples - is it because the B string is involved? Normally I play bass so always strings are 4th apart. We don't have the "our by one" on the G to B (it's a C). Interesting lesson. Thanks for sharing.

Where I get in the kerfluffle, say on the 2nd fret on both the G and E [correction] strings. They out line both a D and F#m chord. Where am I again... 8(. And the same for all the others. Two, two chords in one... sorta.
