I had submitted that on 1st week of November and after a long time it not replace it till now. I have a invoice of earphone but it's not on my own name and I have also paper which is given those services centre. And I complainted online services Jbl centre but they can't even replying me. Those purchased flats shops should demand for completion certificate/ occupancy certificate from developer otherwise they will be deemed as unauthorised occupires of the properties.If not provided by developers complain to consumer reddressal courts for the same.

नमस्कार सर मैने एक साल पुराणी मोटरसायकल एक औरत से खरीदी थी गाडी पर बजाज फाय्नास था. सोदा कर्ते व्यक्त मैने बॉन्ड़ पेपर पर लिखापदी करके गाडी खरीदारी की गाडी की किमत 40 हजार मै तय होगई और गाडी पर जो बजाज फाय्नास का लोन था ओ लोन 3 महीने के अंदर खत्म करके गाडी मेरे नाम करवाने का तय हुवा था.और मैने पुरा पैमेट उस ओरत को दे दिया ..उसके बाद उस ओरत ने गाडी का लोन 2 साल हो कर भी न्ही चुकाय और बजाज फाय्न्स मुज्से गाडी झिन्ं कर लेके गई और ओरत भी लोन चुकाने मै नाट्क करणे लगी तो मै अब क्या करू सर...गाडी भी गई और पेसे भी गये....और पुलिस भी उस ओरत के खिलाप क्म्प्लेंट नही ले रही..मेरा बोहत भारी नुक्सान हुवा. अब मुझे आपके मार्गदर्शन की आव्श्क्ता है...प्लिज सर मदत किजिये...🙏

Here in Chandigarh, various complaints had been filed by consumers against such outlets (like Lifestyle, Reliance), and the consumer court asked those outlets to pay the compensation to the consumer who filed the complaint and ordered them to provide the bags for free. Not all outlets are doing it, but those ones which were dragged into the forum has mended their ways. You should do it, just make sure you have the proofs to show that they charged you for the carry bag.

Sir, Bahut mehnat aur koshishon ke baad humne ek Ghar kharida yahan ke ek local builder se, par Ghar kharidne ke kuch mahinon baad hi saare ghar mein badi-badi dararein padne lagi, saara paint ukhadne laga aur rainy season mein pure ghare mein sirf leakage hi leakage hai aur har taraf se paani ris raha hai. Humne iski kaafi shikayat ki builder ko par woh sunne tak ko ready nahi hai. Sir, hum bahut dukhi aur pareshaan hai, samajh nahi aa raha kya karein. Kindly help with ur valuable advice. Thanks!
