Does an LLC in TX have to make an annual filing to the SOS if they have no franchise taxes?

I am trying to create a single member LLC via SOSDirect for the first time and want to make sure I do it correctly to maintain privacy. I will be using a registered agent service as my registered agent. 1. Do you register with the registered agent service first then create the LLC via SOSDirect or vice versa? The registered agent service websites ask for my LLC name while SOSDirect asks for my registered agent info. Which should be done first? 2. When first registering for an account on SOSDirect, it asks for Account Address. Is this address public and will it be associated publicly with any LLCs I create or is this my personal home address? Should I be using my registered agent service address here? 3. Governing Authority - while creating LLC on SOSDirect, it asks for the managers/members as well as their address. Is this address public? Should I be using my registered agent service address here? 4. Organizer - while creating LLC on SOSDirect, it asks for the Organizer as well as their address. Is this address public? Should I be using my registered agent service address here?

If you apply online trust me there will be fees in the long run. If you pay the 300 dollars and fees with SOS that's it no other yearly fees like zenbusiness legalzoom etc. etc.
