Feeling Cheated? Angry? Not getting any Positive Response?
Confused where to go if the Bank or the Housing Finance Company is not listening to you?

1) Mail your complaint at Customer care mail id / Also try google "Grievance Redressal Cell" of that concerned Bank / Housing Finance Company. Some banks create a separate mail id for addressing your grievance.
2) If You don't get a response, Mail a "Reminder" to customer care mail id / Grievance Redressal Mail id with cc to "Customer care Head" mail id (try to obtain that from google)
3) Also Send your written complaint along with all proofs via "Speed post" (not courier) to Customer Care Head / Managing Director / CEO at the "Head office Address". Keep the speed post receipt and photocopy of the written complaint with you for future reference.
4) If no positive response comes up to 30 days, You may now google "Nodal Officer" / "Principal Nodal Officer" / List of Nodal Officers of that Bank / Housing Finance Company. Mail to the Nodal officer of your city / state of that bank / Housing finance company ( There may be separate Nodal officers for each state appointed by that Bank / Housing Finance Company). You may also simultaneously send written complaint through Speed post on his office address. (Address may be found by google search)
5) You may file complaint against a Bank with Reserve Bank of India. RBI (Ombudsman) Names and Addresses Link: www.rbi.org.in/Commonman/Engl...

7) You may also send simultaneous written complaint (better by speed post and not courier) to RBI at following address :
