Hello I love your videos by the way, however, I was denied twice before hiring a lawyer, after hiring him I got denied again........ and he tells me it can take up to a year from my denial date....... is this true even w a lawyer ...... I would think it would be faster w hiring a lawyer 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I was able to type within the lines on mine. I downloaded it first and then I used "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC". You can also drag and move the text. There was a weird issue with ssa-561 where it was locked and wouldn't let me save what I typed. So I just converted it to jpg images and then converted it back to PDF and that worked.

Is the files / forms for the appeals still the same? I assume the verbiage used is still the same, but is the form numbers still the same? Thank you.

I’m a chronic asthmatic. I read asthma is hard to get approved for. When I was 11 I went to the doctor with my mom who had jus made me mad and I wouldn’t speak during the entire interview. I got denied. I tried 2 more times after that (once I was grown) but didn’t really know what I was doing and had no clue they were making me get my own medical records to send to them. In the past 6-8months I’ve been to the hospital 8 times. In the past 3 months I’ve been admitted 3 of those times. This last time a few weeks ago I was in the ICU. (Im so tired of fighting to breathe . Honestly don’t know how many more of these attacks I can take. I don’t have much fight left”…. Im on like 4 medicine's daily. I did the application my last day at the hospital. And they denied me before I could even get my records to them. Further more one of the hospitals want 23$ fee. PLUS 89cent per page and after the 25th page it lowers to 50cent a page. The man came out and sat down with me in the waiting and said we only have records as far back as 10yrs… and u have 2 accounts they both have massive amounts of pages. He said some of my stays in the last 6 yrs have ALOT of pages. He gave me his number and the fax number. Please help what should I do next? The other 2 hospitals I requested my records and it seemed simple. Please help me

My SSDI is being reduced. In addition, Social Security says I owe them what for me is large sum of money, which I couldn't begin to pay due to the reduction! How do I effeçtively appeal?

Hi, Iam being reviewed. Last review was a year ago, why another so soon? Review is not going good, not much medical stuff other than really bad c-diff over the past year & the do not look back any further. My case manager helped me with these papers, I could not do them & the guy that has my review case is a jerk so she talks to him not me. I think I will be forced to go to their doctors, I never have had to in the past reviews so why now? I depend on these services to survive & depend on the income. I have been on since 2007, any thoughts or ideas? Very worried!!!!

My lawyer already filed the appeal a day or 2 after denial. How is it possible they could do it that soon after receiving the letter? My condition is 2 heart attacks, quadruple bypass, arthritis and diabetes. Wouldn't SS want to see doctors reports and so on or just wait for the court hearing after that is denied

And then what? it eventually goes back to the same to the same ALJ who denied you in the first place ,,, is that correct ? If so, does it make any sense, to let the same judge rule on the appeal ? The whole point of an appeal is to get a new ruling from a new judge ..

The problem I have is when I CALL a disability attorney they want a 10 or 15 minute interview and then make a 10 - 15 SECOND decision whether to help me or not...no follow up questions, no nothing... I have a hard enough time articulating myself as it is due to my anxiety... even face-to-face... I can't complete this comment due to my chronic fatigue And I get frustrated.

You do know, that the Social security Number is a fictitious entity? As an adult, we did not consent to this entity. Do you also know these, numbers are traded and sold on the stock market weeks after the numbers are given? We are not the trustees of these accounts. My parents were not aware of this at the time of my birth and neither were I being I was just born. Look into the strawman and Black Law Dictionary.
