I have a question regarding i864a, if you can answer it My mother is the main sponsor but without any income and we share the house so I will come as household joint sponsor In the above case we will be filing I864 for my mother I864 for me 1864a for my mother and myself I have a spouse with little income on the same address whose income is not going to be used for sponsoring so In the Above case would she be filling I864a between me and her Or i864a between her and my mother Or would she be filing both ? We file joint tax return and we do not claim my mother as my dependent Would really appreciate your feedback

The first section is info about the petitioner so why would it be asking the sex of the spouse? It seems it's actually asking for your sex not your wife's. This is confusing. Maybe you made a mistake?

So this comment might not get answered but I have some questions.. how long does it take for the green card to be mailed to you? And it can only be mailed to US, right? Like if you are not 100% sure about moving there, applying for the visa lottery is not something you should do I guess. You cannot win the lottery, get the green card but stay in your country and decide later if you want to emigrate, right?

very nice video, my son's name has been changed legally since my mother applied for us in USCIS. Can the petitioner, U.S. Spouse, complete the DS-260 (VISA Application) online for the beneficiary (spouse in foreign country)? My spouse (the applicant) has printed out a copy of the DS-260 and completed all the information and reviewed it with me beforehand. Also, do you know where I can find a list of vaccines needed by the application (beneficiary) before the VISA interview? Our problem is when we fill out part of the application whether it is my wife the applicant or me the petitioner it stops and all the information is not saved. Wow have done this many many times a try to start over with the same results . She uses chrome and i use safari. i had no problem submitting my affidavit of support. with her application after all the addresses of where she lived in the last 16 years and the arrow goes to next, all gets erased. Any ideas??
