I have foreign Employees working for my company remotely and independently. Do i need their W8 BEN? and how do i add those money i pay to them?

Thanks for this; my eyes glazed over when I first opened the form to complete. I own an investment company and have a self controlled investment portfolio through CIBC. They want this form completed so I am able to ipurchase US dividend stocks. From the video I surmised my entity is passive (dividend income only). Further, I also believe Canada Revenue Agency allows the tax withheld on US dividends earned to be deducted from income so no need to get the withholding tax back from the US.

Therefore, if any US citizen wants to change their nationality or status to Native American to remove themselves from the uniform commerce code fraudulent system that imposes numerous sanctions they made up to do so. Any and every United States American citizen should do this in my opinion, therefore, if any citizen works for a company they should also be submitting this W8BEN form to their employer because taxes imposed upon every American citizen is a fraud and 99.9% of the world has not woken up to it just yet, but the movement is growing.
